I bought one of these mounts, while the phone stuck to the magnet with no problem I could NOT get the mount to stick to my textured dashboard (seems there is not a ‘flat’ enough surface in my vehicle to allow a proper suction mount) and then, when attempting to mount it to my windshield it would not stick, it fell off three times in the space of 15 minutes.

Let me email you separately and I will send you a new mount on us. It sounds like a defect, we get those every now and then. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I bought today the 2x The Original iMagnet Cradle-less Universal Car Phone Mount Holder on its webpage, how do I know When it will arrive on my shipping address? they just sent notification that was sent, but not when it will arrive.l
